Ana Sebek is an Advisor in the Directorate for the Improvement of Competitiveness - Ministry of Economy of Montenegro, with more than 20 years of rich professional experience in the field of economic empowerment of women. She graduated in economics, at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, University of Montenegro. For many years she has been involved in the process of economic empowerment of women in Montenegro, through work in the Working Group for the development and monitoring of the Action Plan for Achieving Gender Equality and the work of the Council for Gender Equality. She is the Coordinator of the Working Group for Economic Empowerment of Women in the Competitiveness Council of Montenegro, as well as the Vice-president of the Montenegrin-India Business Council of WICCI. Ana is also the Coordinator of the Working Group for the development and monitoring of the Strategy for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship in Montenegro (2015-2020) and Strategy for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship in Montenegro (2021-2024). Working in the Ministry and through cooperation with women and various business associations, she created a network of contacts and recognized as someone who successfully promotes women's entrepreneurship and actively supports its development.
