Arleth Leal Metlich. Among her most notable achievements is being Founder and General Director of Corporativo Selecta, a human capital services company, as well as having an active participation as a business advisor in both the public and private sectors. Also, since 2010 she has been Associate Director of the recognized human resources company Red Ring. In 2015, Red Ring was the second company in Mexico to sign the agreement of the 7 Principles for the Empowerment of Women, in collaboration with the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) , and the United Nations Global Compact. Her most recent venture is as Founder and President of Tutorel, a Digital Online Education and Training platform. Likewise, he has received senior management recognition thanks to his leadership, such as: o The 100 Most Powerful Women in Mexico selected by EXPANSIÓN magazine in the 2020, 2021 and 2022 ranking. o It was also published by FORBES magazine in its profiles of the most influential businessmen in Mexico. o Selected as one of the 104 Women Leaders by the newspaper El Universal. o She was published in the Anniversary book of the Iberoamericana Univerity as an outstanding graduate. o Invited to sign the “Global Declaration of Entrepreneurship Welcomed by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization UNIDO. o Invited to participate as Moderator for the OECD in its chapter in Mexico: I am the Future of Work.
