Bianca is a media, brand strategy, marketing and communications leader. Currently, she leads our CEO – Thierry Delaporte’s messaging and communications, and serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO on all matters of brand and message, company culture, business ethics, modern leadership, and the socio-political context. Bianca also serves on Wipro's Diversity Council. Prior to Wipro, Bianca has led various marketing and communications portfolios with HCL Technologies and Weber Shandwick. Prior to that, she was a journalist for a decade, reporting and anchoring news for NDTV Television, CNBC and Reuters. Bianca serves on the Board of “Ek Kadam Aur Foundation”, a non-profit that brings grassroots education to underprivileged blind children in the Asia Pacific. Bianca is a frequent speaker at industry events on inclusion, storytelling and marketing.
