Carolyn Carter is the Former CEO of Grey Group for Europe, Middle East & Africa and currently serves as global president of the International Women’s Forum, a non profit organization of over 7800 top women leaders from 33 countries dedicated to advancing women’s leadership and championing equality worldwide. Her three decade career in advertising was split between managing US domestic business in Grey’s New York headquarters and managing international business from London. She worked with top advertisers , global brands and expanded Grey’s network footprint in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and across Africa. Grey became part of WPP, the worlds largest communications company in 2005. Carolyn also serves as a trustee of the Entertainment Community Fund ( formerly the Actor’s Fund).
