Nicoleta Acatrinei is an scientist and an entrepreneur, with a transdisciplinary background in economics, theology and government studies. She is developing original research projects with practical applications at the intersection of economics, finance, religion and digital transformation across fields such as public policies, sustainable finance and development, anthropology, moral decision making, work psychology, etc. She received her Ph.D. in 2014 from Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration (IDHEAP), Switzerland, entitled “Work motivation and pro-social behavior in the delivery of public services: theoretical and empirical insights”. She has authored books, book chapters and journal articles. She is the Global Chair of Sustainable Banking and Finance in the G100 , initiating conferences and programs at the global level aiming to promote the contribution of women to sustainable banking and finance, and vice-versa, how sustainable finance could support women and their impact on the global economy.
