Ekaterine Gvatua is the founder of the organization "Safety Experts Group - SEG" and the president of the "Association of Labor Safety Experts and Specialists." She is responsible for labor safety and the introduction and management of regulations related to this field. Besides that, she is a member of the Association of Trainers and the Association of Social Workers and an active trainer. Ekaterine has a master's degree in law and political science, graduated from the Higher School of Justice, and also received an education in the field of labor safety. She worked in the Legal Affairs Committee of the Parliament of Georgia and in the City Hall. In total, she has 12 years of experience in the public sector. Along with her studies and work, she participated in many trainings and workshops related to: law, mediation, labor safety, ethnic minorities, discrimination and gender, leadership, coaching, innovation, and technology.
