Former head of Executive Education, she brings a good knowledge of the corporate education market, consultative sales & marketing of HR education tech services to develop digital learning, entrepreneurship and leadership development programs. Gerlie is also the elected President of the Professional Women's Association of Rome, leading gender equality, women empowerment, and leadership of women in the world of work.
