After working for a newspaper company and a women's center, I studied international relations and international human rights law at Kobe University Graduate School of Law. At Osaka Metropolitan University, I was appointed as Director and Specially Appointed Associate Professor in the department related to gender equity policy, and has been working on various leadership development policies and work life balance for women researchers, building partnerships and women’s networks. I worked in progressing the joint research with universities, companies’ institute, and local governments. I will start work in December as a member of a new graduate school for women in the Business Department. Based on human rights, I have been engaged in Academia, Advocating and support activities on topics such as the rights of displaced people, violence and poverty against women and children, so on. I have developed and disseminated the Bias Literacy workshops periodically holding for managers at the university.
