My business roles are President of Children's Creative Center DOKKICA, Community leader, Social entrepreneur, Children's rights activist, Author, Columnist, Educator, and NLP business practitioner. I work in the field of social services for children and families, non-institutional education, and children's rights. In 2022 I attended the BAL method - empowered leaders mastermind under the mentorship of Dr. Hynd Bouhia. From 2018 to 2021 I was a member of the Advisory Board for Children's Participation at the UNICEF Office for Croatia. I currently lead a team of 12 women, and through intersectoral and sectoral cooperation I try to encourage the community and young people to actively participate in social activism, education, art & culture, sustainable development, and the STEM field. I received the National Award for the Promotion of Children's Rights in 2021. In 2022 I was nominated for Country Chair Croatia - Entrepreneurship Wing of G100.
