Ingrid Epezagne is a multilingual (English, French, and basic Mandarin language) Ivorian scholar, Telecom engineer, business development manager and entrepreneur. She an associate lecturer at international institute of African Scholars (IIAS) where she teaches entrepreneurship and agriculture mechanization adoption strategy. She is also the regional director francophone Africa region for the African Agribusiness Incubator Network AAIN. And finally, she the founder and CEO of the Enterprises and Network of Agribusiness Incubators in Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast); in French “Incubateur Réseaux et Entreprise Agricole” (AIRE). She has won several awards both in academia and in business, among which the best female lead organization ally in Agribusiness in Africa in 2022. Through her work, she promotes agriculture mechanization, technology and circular economy to reduce food insecurity. Through her work, she has supported over 600 associations and businesses mainly in agriculture sector.
