Founder and CEO, LTD Dio
Irma Daushvili is the Founder and Director General of Dio, an interior and exterior product manufacturing company. She co-founded the company with her partners in 1996. Additionally, since 2002, she has been the founder of the holiday complex Nunisi and the co-founder of the Davit Vashadze Phyto-balneotherapy center. Irma also serves as a member of the Employers Association Board. Since 2018, she has been a board member of Women for Tomorrow, a business federation dedicated to women's empowerment in business and gender equality, which has always been one of her key interests. In 2017, as part of a joint initiative between the United Nations Global Compact and the United Nations Women's Organization, "Dio" joined the implementation of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs). Irma Daushvili is the first Georgian winner of the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award; Over the years, she has actively participated in various local and international professional qualification advancement courses. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Tbilisi State University and her Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Sheffield.
