Lidia Pavlin is a graduate and postgraduate of the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, Slovenia. For the last 20 years, she has been successfully running her communication agency Nicha, together with her sister. She strongly believes in women power and the strength of women when they are ready to support each other. She has lived through all the challenges of being a single mother of two girls and an entrepreneur at the same time. She is a world traveller. In her spare time, which is close to zero, she likes learning foreign languages, singing in a choir, dancing traditional and other dances, reading books, growing flowers in the garden…… She believes she can inspire women to create their own destinies by showing them her own example of career/family balance.
