Nina Kobakhidze has been the Chair of the Supervisory Board of the business federation Women for Tomorrow since 2018. She was always interested in the problems faced by women and issues of gender inequality, that's why she decided to continue the fight for women's rights from the platform of the business association, despite her busy work schedule. Beyond "Women for Tomorrow", she actively participates in the activities of the largest business association Business Association of Georgia. In 2023, she was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board - as a result, she is currently the only woman on the BAG board. Besides this, she is involved in the management of several companies. Nina has an extended experience in the medical and insurance fields, so now she is a member of the management at leading companies: She is the chair of the supervisory board of Geo Hospitals; The partner, general director and deputy chairman of the supervisory board of the insurance company Global Benefits Georgia - Global Benefits Group – partner branch of the American insurance company in Georgia. Nina Kobakhidze is also interested in another direction - she is involved in the activities of the American-based law firm EK Law Office PLLC. She has been the business development director of the company located in New York since 2019. The law office offers various legal services to immigrants arriving in America and not only to them. Nina Kobakhidze’s name is also connected to bringing world’s third-largest broker Willis Towers Watson to Georgia. Since 2011, Nino Kobakhidze has been among the several partners of this verified financial broker group. She also has experience in public service. Since 2014, Nina Kobakhidze has held the position of deputy chief of the Administration of the Government of Georgia. During this period, the signing of the association agreement between Georgia and the European Union and visa liberalization is particularly noteworthy - she is proud to have been actively involved in the essential process for the country. Among her multiple initiatives and achievements - structural reforms for effective public administration, activation of the international education center, the establishment of the Solidarity Fund and other student related social projects stand out. Before that she served as the head of Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. Nina Kobakhidze has a master's degree in law, business administration and management. She tries to be constantly on the move, so she has just passed(2021) the online courses at Harvard University. She is actively involved in local and international projects.
