I an assistant lecturer at Tashkent State University of Economics, where I teaches courses in investment, banking and financial market classes. I am also prone to conducting a researcher in the field of gender and economics. I am passionate about promoting economic empowerment for women. I believe that women play a vital role in the economy, and that their contributions should be valued and recognized. I am also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. And I am excited to be participating in the Woman Economic Forum in Italy. I believe that the forum is an important platform for women to share their ideas and experiences, and to build networks with other women leaders from around the world. I am also eager to learn from the other participants and to gain new insights into how to promote economic empowerment for women in Uzbekistan and beyond.
