Tea Aduashvili is the founder and president of the Georgian Association of Women Auditors and Lawyers. She is also the founder at audit company GAC. She is an economist by profession and has been a certified auditor since 2010. Tea has completed a number of international trainings in the direction of finances and audit. She has extensive and diverse working experience, both in the public and private sectors. Tea worked at the Ministry of Finance of Georgia and in the Revenue Service. Then she moved to the private sector and became the director of “Balance”. In 2009-2010 she served as the CEO of ABG Consulting. Tea has other interests too, she aims to help and empower women in all directions. That’s why she established the charity organization “For Saving Lives”. Besides that she is an active member of the Business Federation Women for Tomorrow, and the board member at Women Business Council in Georgia since 2018.
