Mrs. Xaira Shurdha has a diversified professional experience which bridge knowledge between central governance, civil society, financial and banking market as well as academia. Her core professional experience is built in the financial system where she worked for almost two decades and after this extensive managerial experience, Mrs Shurdha joined the central governance sector as Director of Cabinet of Deputy Prime Minister Office. In this capacity, she coordinated three cross-ministerial reforms ongoing in Albania. During the last seven years, she was mainly focused on the development cooperation sphere, settled in Albania but interconnecting also in the regional context through projects including Western Balkan’s. Contracted by international and national partners for development organizations and companies, Mrs Shurdha offered her expertise in the fields of management consulting, organisational strategies, access to finance, re-engineering of products and services, project designing and management, capacity building, monitoring, evaluation, impact assessment, research, public policy analysis, startups, and women entrepreneurship empowerment etc.
