Zvezdana Oluic is a Head of Department for PR and Marketing of Montenegrin Employers Federation (MEF), as well as the MEF Advisor for Women in Business and Management, and Secretary of the Committee for Digital Transformation. She is also the G100 Montenegro Country Chair for MSME’s and the President of the Montenegro-India Business Council of WICCI, as well as the Co-founder and Member of the Management Board of the Business Women Association of Montenegro. As a lecturer, speaker, project manager and author/editor of numerous publications, for more than 20 years she strongly contributes to the economic empowerment of women, as well as to the promotion, education and networking of women entrepreneurs and leaders. She is a Member of the national Experts group for economic empowerment of women at the Competitiveness Council, and a certified trainer of the ILO training program “Gender and Entrepreneurship Together”.
